Hannah Perng - GEJLAW.comHannah Perng, an attorney in Gallagher’s Litigation Group, has joined the board of directors of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Baltimore.

Hannah earned undergraduate degrees in Cellular and Molecular Biology and English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan in 2011 and graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 2014. After law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Craig Iscoe of the D.C. Superior Court and to Chief Justice Nathan B. Coats of the Colorado Supreme Court.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Baltimore recruits, trains, and supervises volunteers appointed to individual foster children by the Baltimore City Juvenile Court. Ben Rubin is a transactions attorney who focuses on residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate development projects. He advises developers and investors from land acquisition through development, construction, operation, and disposition. He works with clients on both market rate and affordable housing projects, including those financed with low-income housing tax credits. Ben also represents borrowers and lenders with respect to construction and permanent real estate financing, as well as non-real estate commercial loans.
